Strathmore & Voss International, LLP is a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales. Registration particulars and the Firm's registered office are available on request from the Managing Principal.

The Firm operates as an independent forensic, investigative and advisory practice. It does not hold itself out as a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Where a matter requires the opinion of qualified counsel, instruction is made by referral on the client's behalf.

All communications with the Firm — including unsuccessful enquiries — are received and held in strict confidence. No detail of any matter, prospective or actual, is disclosed outside the Firm save with the express written instruction of the client or as compelled by competent legal authority.

The Firm accepts instruction by referral, by direct instruction of qualified counsel, or by appointment of a sovereign, corporate or institutional principal. The standard quantum threshold is USD 50M; sub-threshold matters are referred to Guy Gary US, LLP.

These notices and any engagement of the Firm are governed by the laws of England & Wales, save where a written engagement letter expressly provides otherwise. The courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the Firm's services, save where an arbitration agreement is in force.
